Weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and general gym patrons all have specific fitness goals in mind. We program our workouts to guide us towards these specific goals over the course of a few months, even years. For some, they want to become as symmetrical as possible.
We would like to welcome a few new clients into the Fierce family! Kevin Higgins, Tammi Groom, and Tyler Williams have all decided to “Change their life, not just their body”! If you have been to the gym in the last couple of weeks, you may have seen some new improvements on the floor. A pair of custom made pull-up bars have been installed in the center of the gym from the same I beam where the TRX straps hang.
