STEVEN DIDAS | PERSONAL TRAINER EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
We are excited to welcome Steven Didas as the newest addition to our elite Fierce Fitness training team! An ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science, Steven has a deep appreciation for what it takes to help his clients build stronger, dynamic bodies and healthier, resilient minds. He has spent nearly a decade representing international brands as a professional model and spokesperson, while working as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer for clients ranging from professional athletes and top models to injury rehabilitation and elderly care patients.
With a profound passion for life and people, Steven considers it a tremendous privilege to help his clients improve their lives as a whole. He will build and coach you through a program specifically tailored to your unique self that will get you looking incredible, moving better than ever, and motivated to take on your daily life like never before.
JEREMY DELGADO | TAE KWON DO BLACK BELT CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, ACSM
A collegiate swimmer and Tae Kwon Do Black Belt, Jeremy Delgado has been a Fierce Fitness coach since 2015. An ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, he also holds degrees in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and in Theatre from Southwestern University. At UB, he focused on the movement patterns, rehabilitation, and functional training while researching biomechanics and the gait mechanics of runners.
With his clients, Jeremy has proven time and time again that, with the correct training, anyone is capable of performing a multitude of exercises – regardless of prior injuries or limitations. Experienced in working with a broad range of injuries and exercise experience levels, Jeremy knows how to help each and every one of his clients perform better, feel stronger, and most importantly, live well.
RICHARD GREER | PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, NASM
With 16 years with the U.S. Air Force and the Security Police of the Air National Guard, Richard has a tremendous appreciation for the discipline and hard work it takes to live a healthy, active life. Upon leaving the service, he met Fierce’s founder, Giovanni, and it was then that his passion for helping others live their healthiest lives truly grew. While studying Tae Kwon Do, Karate, and working with Gio to learn the F1 Method, he worked for 5 years as a Brass Caster in the Steel Industry. He is an inspiration to the Fierce family and is our resident expert in what it takes to prioritize your own health – no matter your schedule or environment.
A Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, and TRX training, Rich has made it his mission to share his passion for fitness and healthy living with each of his clients. An avid Fisher, Hunter, and Outdoors man, he will show you what it takes to help you move your best and live your healthiest, best life.
JOSH JANSON | DIETETICS CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER
A 2017 Canisius College alumni with a Bachelors of Science and Certification in Athletic Training, Josh is currently studying at D’Youville College to earn his master’s degree in dietetics. Determined to become an expert in the field of Nutrition, with a focus on Sports Nutrition for elite athletes, he believes that food is not only fuel for daily living or performance – it should also be enjoyable.
An Elite Amateur soccer player in the BDSL, Josh’s experience with the Canisius Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Lacrosse and Football team of Buffalo State has provided him with in-depth experience assessing and treating acute and chronic injuries, while providing rehabilitation programs and preparing athletes for competition.
Josh likes to run in road races – completing the 2016 and 2017 Buffalo Half Marathon, and winning the Kelly Tough 12k Challenge in 2016 and his age group in the 2017 Mighty Niagara Half Marathon. Also a crafty garden-to-table chef, be sure to ask him about his Homemade Peanut Butter and Savory Pumpkin Chili. A Buffalo native, he is a die-hard Sabres fan, and eagerly awaits the day the Stanley Cup will be paraded down Buffalo city streets.
Josh believes that anyone can be fit and attain a healthy lifestyle if they have the right coaching and motivation, and he wants to share his passion for fitness and nutrition and ignite your drive to change your life, not just your body.
