Your Individualized Personal Fitness Program

Every membership comes with a completely individualized fitness program using the F1 Method, that is specifically developed and calibrated for that member. The programs are continuously reviewed and revised every 4 to 6 weeks based on goals and results.

The program is developed based on a 3x per week workout schedule with each session lasting approximately 1 hour. This is a total of at least 12 hours per month of personal training. When converted to 30-minute sessions, as is common in other gyms, the cost is as low as $15 per session.
